Finding easy things to draw is a great way to practise your skills. When I was a kid, I used to doodle on my note pad all the time and when ever I could. Drawing things from your mind is a great way to use your imagination to create something new.
Here is my list of easy things to draw that will help you practise your drawing and colouring skills;
1. Cupcake
The first thing on our easy things to draw list is a cupcake. This is a drawing I did on my channel and it's super easy to do.
Step one: Use your pencil to draw the cup shape and then draw several lines running down the front of it.
Step two: Now sketch the cake's shape. The cake has icing so it's kind of layered on top of each other.
Step three: Then, draw some sprinkles onto the cake and sketch the cherry on top.
Step four: Now you can go over the pencil with a pen of your choice.
Step five: You can now get your beige pen and colour in the cup.
Step six: Use your purple pen to colour in the cake and then a red pen to colour in the cherry.
Step seven: Now you can colour in the sprinkles any colour you want.
